I wanna know by how much. There's still plenty of grey areas in the source. I vow myself a new years resolution next year to figure out how the danger system works. Got to remember to start that topic at the end of the month

I don't know, but this gives me an idea that if you offer alcohol to a guard, then they get into a drunk state and stray from their post. Until they are discovered by the master guard and told to get back to their post.

I have had it happen a couple of times before and it is a drag. It's really a bug. I'll have a think of some ways to fix it.

This should ideally be another way for flames to propagate in the game, but I found it difficult to conceptualize how best to do this in the code. A wooden chest would also be able to burn and spill its contents once it's completely burnt, but that hasn't been coded yet.

That sounds quirky. Are you sure books are disproportionately "insta-burning"? I had hoped that they would be covered in the same way as scrolls. Seems like burning flesh is behaving as intended
