Yes, leprosy being retained by corpses/severed body parts is intentional, just as there are other effects that are retained such as teleport control on blink dogs.

I think the only condition for chaos is to take his nuts outside the city. Since he's so tough they might have thought it'd be a given that you'd only have his nuts if you killed him yourself.

Had the chameleon turned into a werewolf? I seem to recall their bites are infectious.

The problem with checking for hands is, I distinctly recall that the devs planned for every creature to use the paper doll eventually. Complete with flying limbs and all. Which would make checking for hands redundant.

Holy shit you're right. That said, if you melted bits off of him it gives you lumps of human flesh, and if you eat those or his severed limbs, it counts as an evil deed (I killed him as Oree). Perhaps he had a demon's heart? It seems a little too specific for it to be an oversight on the Dev team's part.

Unfortunately, carnivorous plants aren't all that strong. I've spawned multiple Genetrix in the cathedral and blocked the door with my person so they couldn't get inside, but it's not very effective.

It doesn't really matter that it teleports stuff randomly, given you have all the time in the world to wait for it to grab what you need. As Pent's screenshot shows that allows you to also drain the shops of all their money so that's basically a more complex library exploit.
With all the time in the world you can empty their gold reserves with lanterns too. I wouldn't call that an exploit.

there are two of them, odds are one of them has a wish.
I am well aware that there are two lamps. More often than not they're both duds. At least in my experience, and I have quite a bit of WM experience with various shenanigans (one such includes a hedgehog run, in which I attempted to let my spikes do all the killing).
