But the library is open for grabs. You could buy all the scrolls and book then bankrupt the library.

Member Trophies/Awards.

I was just thinking back and thought Kyselina deserved a "Most Improved" award

I find the reverse. Most of the things in Attnam I could find for myself, or something better. Merka on the other hand often has some neat wands and scrolls. He's one strong bastard though, not even a pair of hasted angels can stand up to him.

It's turn-based, but everything is resolved when you make your move. So faster monsters might take 3 steps to your 1 because they have that much more agility. Or they might take 6 swings at you when you crack a shot at them. Slower monsters might make a move for your 3 because they're that much slower.

I hope that clears things up? I wasn't entirely sure what it was that you found illogical.

How close are we to a beta?

No, I meant getting the sumo to displace.

Getting cocky and attempting to rob Merka simply because I had some angels.

I don't know of any limits aside from the obvious left nut of Petrus / GEF coat / head of Elpuri, etc. I've gotten named items and Oily Orpiv. Yes, people have pointed out how much more carrots show up when polymorphing than when just exploring. I think that's wrong, I think carrots are just as common in the caves, they just get eaten by other monsters before you can find them.

Actually I think the carrot thing might be deliberate. Many's the time I've fucked around in WM (see entire level) and carrots do seem to be rare. Also I've a suspicion that monsters don't like carrots, after finding one immediately after some fighting in a legit game.

My point was that as he's new, a person is a person and may as well be any other person. He doesn't know us yet.

And yes, I too am nitpicking

Unfortunately, that game isn't available right now, but I think I'll try that if I ever find myself in such a bind again. Granted, the fact that the sumo has no legs would probably make that problematic too...
