If you go to the bottom of Attnamese Catacombs, you might find someone carrying a hexagonal/octagonal key, too.

In my experience, you don't actually need a very big amount of LSTR in order to open the chests.

wand of poly, make sure to put 4 other items on top of it (and 4 other stacks of 5 behind it) so you dont waste the charge.

I would have to test that, but I think you can also throw her a spider corpse or somesuch, and she'll happily poison herself.
