It's a bit of a niche situation, but maybe if you regenerate limbs from healing liquid/troll blood while you have the polymorphing status, you should grow a limb of a random flesh-type substance. Not sure how much that would affect game balance.

I pray to Sophos for quick escapes and occasional gifts of teleport wands and scrolls of charging (!). The main problem with him is that finding my way back to the world map makes every prayer cycle take a lot longer when he's included.
Silva is great for getting ommel hair limbs before mirroring/cloning and socms are available (there's also a risk of crystal limbs, but she eventually changes those to phoenix feather, which she leaves alone). Regular prayers in town build up a huge collection of wolves, which make excellent decoys for fighting Ischaldirh in GC6.
Scabies is pretty bad though.
Not sure about the Dulcis change. Cha is already pretty easy to get - hoovering up the contents of the dungeon and maxing out both of the shop owners gets a lot of points, especially if you make some unnecessary purchases on top of that, and Mellis provides ommel tears over the regular spawn rate because of gifts. The 25 cha to safely resurrect bosses is a low bar; taming elite guards is more or less the only challenge that charisma poses.
The Cruentus change would be very welcome - +5 weapons aren't hard to get, but I would prefer to spend soews on higher enchantments, and it's a real hassle to get Cruentus to do such a simple task.
I would definitely start including Legifer in my endgame prayer list if he could enchant armour. At present the L+ gods hold little attraction.

Emptyable bottles?

Something to be considered in the context of NPCs joining the player in revolt is that many of them (banana growers, levitating ostriches, patrol guard especially) have AI routines which interfere a huge amount with their ability to function as normal pets, and are prone to horrific meltdowns outside the map they call home.

Spore infestation! Spores infect you and you'll randomly start to spawn hostile mushrooms.

They would of course grow out of the player's head.

Do detached limbs turn into lumps just from lying on acid-covered ground? Most of the non-explosion-non-golem-humanoid-sourced lumps of flesh I've seen resulted from acid damage destroying a limb that has been splashed with acid or is standing on acid. My guess would be that the three lumps are the result of the two legs being destroyed while it's standing, and the groin or an arm being destroyed while it's crawling. I think the torso has to be intact for the corpse to be produced.

Maybe the zombie's wisdom stat was low enough to drink from a bottle of poison?
Edit: SNAP! *Takes all the cards*

Preferably a valpurium beach ball full of ghost.

Nothing at the moment. But if ice melting is added as a feature, they should melt the same way that zombies currently rot away. Probably leaving water on the floor if melting is gradual.
