Cossacks can now be found in Attnam, correct the page about their implementation

Cossacks are NPCs that currently do not appear anywhere can be found walking around in the gameAttnam(ver 0.59 or later). They appear to be some kind of communist special forces.
== Trivia ==
*Cossacks were originally meant to be mounted on a horse. At some point during development, mounts were scrapped. The cossack's friendly reply ''"What, why have I no horse? Er, I lost it in poker."'' references this.
*Some old files in the source repository for IVAN make reference to cossacks named Sergei and Igor, both of which are equipped with [[steel]] equipment and [[mithril]] long swords.
