Flatulence. Excreted upon drinking pea soup. Monsters and NPCs will not move onto squares that contain Brown Gas (though standing in it is of no detriment to the player), which makes it effective for blocking enemies and creating escape routes.

Note that creatures with Gas Immunity will move into squares containing brown gas.
