Bottles
General
Bottles store liquids. They normally are made of glass. These can be broken when kicked, thrown, struck by powerful magic, or if they collide with sufficient force against a foreign object (or person).
Uses
Bottles are generally used to store liquids and will always spawn containing one. In addition to holding liquids, bottles can also be dipped(!) into other bottles to split the contents evenly, or into a nearby tile (e.g. fountain) to fill it.
Bottles can also be used offensively, depending on their contents. A weapon may be dipped into a bottle to coat it with the liquid inside, allowing one to inflict its effects on an opponent. Bottles can also be thrown to spill their contents when they shatter on impact, making it possible to remotely coat an opponent in poison, acid, or any other liquid from a distance.
Special
Bottles can be combined with the Scroll Of Change Material into another material but it changes the bottle material from glass to whatever you want rather than its contents. However, if a bottle is changed into a liquid such as Ommel Urine and the bittle is then drunk, both the bottle and its contents are consumed and the effetcs of the bottles material are gained. This is impossible to accomplish in the latest version, as you can only SoCM into solid materials. You can also dip an empty bottle to a full one, dividing the liquid equally between them. This way, you can easily double the amout of healing liquid you will get.
