The holy shield named Aegis is a unique arcanite shield.
As well as functioning as a very efficient shield, it also grants the player the resistance to fire, electricity and acid equivalent to a single ring each.

The Aegis is a concept of a legendary form of defensive equipment sometimes appearing as a shield and sometimes as a piece of armor.
