A disgusting rag in desperate need of a wash. Made of hessian cloth with a very low strength modifier (note: lower than any armor type, broken or not), an armor value of 0, and no intrinsic effects, it is truly the body armor of the most desperate of men. Its only saving grace is that it can be hardened directly into angel hair though it will still have a very low armor value of only 3.
