Levitating monster. If you try to hit it, it will cause you to lose consciousness. If you manage to kill them somehow, their corpses give long-term (but not permanent) [[ESP]].
Throwing things at them (sharp things, usually) makes killing them easier. Also, polymorphing into one makes most, if not all, enemies leave you alone, since the Eye cannot attack directly.
