The l'''terra''' file in IVAN's source code is responsible for generating the world and tiles you play the game on, as well as your interactions with the environment or objects within the environment.
Much like certain rooms can be assigned to gods allowing only prayers to that god, any tile that does not belong to one of the "real" gods belongs to Terra. Standing on a tile that belongs to Terra is what allows you to pray to any god.
