Praying to Silva has various effects. If you have are in a good relation with Silvaher, and are missing a limb, then she will either give you summon a new limb for you made of from one of her aligned materials, summon friendly [[WolfList of materials|wolvesaligned materials]] if you are above ground, or cause an earthquake in the level if you are underground.

If you are not missing a limb, then it depends on your location. If you are above ground, she will summon friendly [[Wolf|wolves]], and if you are underground, she will cause an earthquake in the level, which will destroy traps, explode mines, and cause damage to the walls. If you have a bad relation relationship with Silva, she will [[polymorph]] you into a [[rat]], [[jackal]], or [[mutant ass]]
