The ancient katana named Muramasa is a unique katana with an illithium blade and ruby hilt.
It has a small chance to leech health from any enemy it strikes.
Like Masamune, Muramasa delivers striking damage instead of slashing damage due to a scripting oversight.

Muramasa is an ancient sword named after its legendary creator, Muramasa Sengo.
Muramasa was a exceptional swordsmith whose blades were known for their extraordinary sharpness. Unfortunately he also had a propensity for violence and was widely considered mad - a quality said to have seeped into his blades.
Legend tells of a competition between Muramasa and his master, Masamune to see who could produce the finest sword.
