A state where you hover above the ground. You can cross bodies of water in this way, but if you stop levitating while doing so you will drown.
Unfortunately levitation will not cause your inventory to become any lighter or increase your carry weight. On the other hand, being weighed down by a heavy inventory won't stop you from levitating either.
You will not trip bear traps or mines when floating.
