Blink dogs are highly intelligent canines, and are believed to be creatures of law and order.
They have special ability to travel through physical world and non-physical planes instantaneously, which allow them to "blink". Also, they rarely travel alone, and are able to call other blink dogs in the non-phisical planes.
In this game they are not very smart, friendly, nor even powerful, but if you have some bones you can easily tame them, just like puppies.
Eating blink dog flesh grants you a temporal ability to control teleport.
