A large cat is a nimble critter that approaches you very quickly and is very hard to hit,
but it is not powerful and can hardly be considered a major threat.
Just like the ancient saying goes, large cats in IVAN have nine lives. In gameplay this translates to them being able to teleport away and fully heal when killed up to eight times before dying permanently on their ninth death.
Interestingly, players might note that only black cats will ever cross your path...
