When a creature of neutral or lawful alignment is hit by Asa'marum, it is "defiled". With 10% chance, this inflicts the victims with a random condition chosen from lycanthropy, vampirism, tapeworm, mind worm, hiccups, or leprosy; otherwise, the victim is randomly either slowed, poisoned, or confused.
This effect doesn't trigger against chaotic creatures.
