Nefas is the goddess of forbidden pleasures.

Pleased:

Confuses nearby enemies ("Nefas confuses X with her sweet lies.")
Summons a friendly mistress ("You hear a sweet voice inside your head: "Have fun, mortal!"")

Angry:

Shatters a bottle over the player's head, dealing damage and dropping a broken bottle on the floor
