You don't have to save jenny. Just have her spawn some plants around you in some room and then don't kill them. You can go back and whip them with peels whenever you want, you will probably never do enough damage to accidently kill them.

Also you can kill her now and revive later if you want.

There are other problems than just the stores. For example pets cant follow you down stairs when you're invisible. That and the monster levels that you know about. Overall I think it's useful but also not something I want to be unable to turn off.

You probably don't want perminant invisibility though...

Also I did this before with light mystic frogs, they cloak and speed you too.

Yeah I recently tried the banana peel trick on some giant plants and dex skyrocketed to 35 and didn't fall back down at for the rest of the game.
