No, the Justifier cannot be changed in any way in game.

And the redundant thread was funny. "Battlestromagu Zmouslob"

The best weapon in the game is a highly subjective term. While Vermis is by far a freaking awesome weapon, I would have a hard time calling any given weapon the best. Mjolak has a crazy angry proc (and as an added bonus is a halberd for retarculous damage), Saal'thul is great for it's invisibility (and haste? I can't recall), flavorwise Turox just plain rocks (I mean come on, exploding mace!), and of course there's Neerc se'Ulb with it's lifedrain.

Other than that I have nothing to add to this thread.

I'm just going to say I agree with this. Heck, for pure damage, staff of wonderous smells beats all. Turox is the most damaging artifact, and if you go crazy with enchant weapon scrolls, a steel dagger can become stronger than the Justifier.*

Well, put it this way. My golem practically had to wade through the acid to get to Elpuri's corpse.

And your acid shields are in the CVS, Atomic. They're kinda rare, though.

When you see a corpse and start dousing it with acid to destroy it before it comes un-alive.

When I was messing around with my Ultimate Golem last night, I discovered it was possible to kill Elpuri with nothing but wands, and that's not including wands of haste, slow, invisibility, fireball, cloning, mirroring, door creation and minimal use of striking. So what did I use? Including explosions, around two dozen charges of acid rain and two dozen charges of lightning. Half a dozen charges of striking to make used up wands explode. Of course, the fact that Elpuri just stood in the acid might have a lot to do with it, I don't know how much acid resistance he's got...

An octiron golem and an angel would help greatly, I think. Don't go for the chameleon whips though. There's a greater chance of it polymorphing the enemy into something stronger rather than weaker. If you can do it without taking out your pets, using the wands is a good idea too.

Though, I've never even gotten up to Elpuri legit, so don't take my word on it

Or a bunch of invisible, levitating bears...

I'm with U_E on this one. Just keep the whip to throw at enemies. There's a bug, I believe, where a thrown whip of thievery will land a stolen weapon at your feet. If that happens to a named enemy, the odds are greatly tipped in your favour

Oh, yeah. I came up with the name by mixing Genetrix Versana with Menacing Fungus.

What if you stash them in a chest?
