"The flame on your +8 Flaming Mithril Longsword goes out. You panic!"

I can agree to that, though now I'm wondering about creatures MADE of fire.

How's Regicide? Was thinking about buying it, but not sure it's worth it.

It's like Chess, but with a turn based combat element to it. So not like Chess at all. My first game had me in a standoff between kings, and I died due to Fatigue damage.

Yeah, I got my stuff. Paint The Town Red and Warhammer 40k: Regicide. I'm not good at Christmas.

Oh believe me, we've considered that for a long time. It's just not a priority when development itself is barely going.

Honestly, you could probably duplicate the code for the acid shield and have it so that instead of having it spill acid on you, it does "generic damage" (Blunt/crushing) and have the flavor text be changed to: "You slam the target with your shield!". Or perhaps it should function like a kick-riposte? "You slam the target with your shield! <X> is knocked off balance."

If I remember correctly, blocking was based on an item's "roundness". Shields have high roundness, and items such as the Lantern have good roundness (But are brittle, and usually shatter after blocking a hot).

I just had a thought. You could totally include Bleeding as a feature of damage. All you would really need to do would retool critical hits to inflict a different form of poisoning; and name it bleeding. Makes sense, sort of; but it'd have to affect slashing/stabbing/lacerating weapons... Though, crushing weapons could be a thing; if we had a method of inflicting limb damage to make them black ('useless due to being broken, causing a person to limp or be unable to use their limb'.

Though, all of that stuff would be... Well, kind of un-needed.

Is there a list of bugs we still need to check over?

The only thing I could really do is 'reverse engineer' things. :/ Maybe I can see about digging at this stuff again...

Anyone feel like we need to update the Attnam Group; so we can get the big heads together? I think we're lacking the necessary lightning to resurrect this beast for a bit.
