The characters use graphics already in the game...for instance, Dethmachina uses that bigass dragon in the gfx file, and the Death Machine uses that machine-looking thingy.

Oh, let's see...um, I know! I have two:

1-I tried to kill Kenny in the beginning, and, um, Kenny killed me. Stupid dog.

2-I was doing alright in UT1, but, I ended up getting nut-shotted by headless zombie. Just my luck.
