Figures. I remembered it was impossible to clone scrolls of wishing, since if you could do that it'd be a quick trip to cheeseville (clone clone clone, wish for scroll of charging, clone clone clone some more, etc.), and I figured other ways to cheese were also already taken into account (though the ommel cerumen and library tricks were forgotten, they most surely wouldn't be if the devs weren't effectively dead).

Elona's got that territory covered and more. I don't think IVAN needs to do it too.

Actually I don't believe you can wish for a scroll of wishing. I'm checking now.

Edit: Genie wish in a normal game for "scroll of wishing" just gets me "Be more precise!". Switching to wizmode allows me to have a scroll of wishing to try wishing for another scroll of wishing that way, but wizmode lets you do things you wouldn't be allowed to do normally (and thus is not entirely reliable), so in order to properly test this someone has to find a normal game scroll of wishing first, and those are kinda rare. That said, it looks like if this *is* something that you can do with normal scrolls of wishing that then yes, it's an entirely risk-free way to blow your Int score up high as the sky.

Been quite some time since the days of the milkman. (most of my milk comes in gallon jugs)

With respect to the carnie plant spawns, I believe that while time may play a factor the bigger one is how many plants you've killed on a square. When I've sat in one place, I see giant spawns after a while, but when I moved away the normal carnivorous plant spawns come back into play. It's possible it could just be how long you've sat in one place too, but when I've been down there it seemed more that, after a certain number of corpses were piled up the plant spawns got stronger (one at most for greaters, sure, but giant carnie plants only spawned for me after some time hanging out in the same spot in a corridor and slaying greaters).

For your most recent question, yes it is. Try holding 1 down a while when in wizmode 'til you hit the hundreds, then see how long it takes to gain a point of AGI. If you raise it high enough it will go down even if you never stop moving around.

I'm fairly certain the guy you saw getting killed by the dwarf was killed because he was crazy powerful (but not in enough ways to handle the enemy boosts), not because of the time factor (enemy strength scales to player power/stats - if you were to stockpile and clone up a bunch of ommel fluids, the next time you hit a new dungeon floor you might find yourself staring down Shererax).

And yes, belts are groin armor. However, they tend to be considerably less powerful than even helmets, so ideally you want a nicely enchanted cloak to go with that (as well as the other non-body armors).

On top of this, the forum does not recognize that an apostrophe does not necessarily signal the end of a link.

You know you could have just done this stuff in wizmode and saw what it was a lot faster, right?

I am xing everyone else who never ever had any problems finding the room with Genetrix in it. I have found it every single time I made it to UT3 and had a chance to explore the whole level. If you have another game where you can't find the room, post pics of your level if you don't mind (the Print Screen key on your keyboard will work just fine; paste into Paint with ctrl-v, save as a jpg and find your uploader of choice online and you're done). It's a bit hard to be sure you're not imagining things/concocting bs without pics.

Seriously? You must have never found the exit then, because the plant is sitting right on top of it.

If you're playing pure .50 you shouldn't have any problems finding it, unless of course you die on the way. If you really really can't find it then post a few screenshots of the level first to prove you really looked everywhere, then I'll post what it should look like and give you a link so you can download it again and actually get what you're supposed to have there.
