It would be cool/logical that if you throw an object on top of an active mine it triggers the mine

Huh I guess I always thought that happened already. Might be kinda tough since I don't think items collide with each other, only characters, walls, and furniture - things you can't walk through. I'm not sure how you would aim a thrown object at the mine rather than past it.

Next time I will try if vomit can slowly trigger a mine

Update: doesn't seem to work

Haha. I like these suggestions! Vomit could simply diffuse the mine away, and throwing... Can you aim on what tile you throw these days, or is it still just direction?

It's still just direction. But vomiting on a mine to make it rust... Now there's a thought. Do rusty mines still function? Do they trigger?

It seems acid only dissolves walls, furniture and worn items. Dropped items are not affected.

Lucky that vomit does not trigger a mine right away.

Pouring enough liquid on a mine tile could also alter the trigger habity of the mine, because floating in liquid makes an object weigh less relative to the mine.

Being able to throw things at specific tiles with enough DEX and PER would be nice for, say, precision grenade throwing.
