Nothing like your Vermis, but it was big improvement to my troll hide belt.

Not bad.
Loricatus often gives me Scrolls of Harden material, but last week he gave me a Scroll of Change Material.

I get usually only troll blood from Cruentus, but this time he gave me a mine, although I would rather have taken that troll blood.

yeah Loricatus is usually scroll of repair but I typically get 2 or more SOHM from him per game.
I just got a gauntlet of strength +4 from Cruentus.
I guess I've never prayed to Scabies while beside enemies before, I never knew that she throws bottles of poison at your enemies. She also gave me 5 cans of school food.

yeah, it kind of sucks to have just one but if i find a wand of cloning then i can just add it to a pile of scrolls ands save myself three SoEA's (since you usually find GoStr at +1).

Cruentus was nice to me again:
First he enchanted my mithril mace (this happens really rarely to me)
And then I got iron two-handed sword +3. Okay, but before this something really wierd happened:
I didn't have polymorph control when this "do you wish to change into a werewolf?" came. It must have been because some of the gods, probably one of these: Cruentus, Scabies and Nefas. I also knew Mortifer and some good gods. Anyway I pressed yes, but it didn't seem to give me that werewolf thing, but soon after that my legs and arms started to drop. So, it actually gave me lepsory. Is this already known thing?

You may have gotten leprosy earlier, from being near an orc or zombie.

Hmm, mistress killed one orc and it actually shows in screenshot messages. After I lost couple of bodyparts, I found antidote liquid so that could have removed werewolf thing. So, is it Scabies who causes this? I didn't eat werewolf during this game.

You probably got it from mushroom/mushroom gas or a fountain. Scabies is a possibility. I don't know if antidote works on lycanthropy though.

I'm not entirely sure, but my guess is no (at least not when already polymorphed). I got lycanthropy from the fountain, drank the antidote and got a message "Aaah... you feel much better."
But then, around the wolf level, I changed into a werewolf, so I must have either caught it again or it never gone away. I drank the antidote again when in werewolf form, and there was no effect.
(although the potion was split into two cans, so that may have something to do with it)

Antidote does not work for lycanthropy AFAIK. try gre or white uni flesh or a healer.

You feel Seges is pleased.
You notice a bunch of kamikaze dwarves in the corridor which you don't recall spawning anywhere.

Oh, about the "do you want to turn into a werewolf?" thing. I can confirm that it does in fact give you leprosy. It might of been a mix up with the devs (leprosy/lycanthorpy), or an intentional feature intended to punish those who say yes.
