How to make wands?

I am playing in 0.59. So I want to make a wand of cloning so i can clone Ommel sweat multiple times.When i tried it the game said i do not have the power to enchant a wand.A question came in my mind after this.

1.Is it possible to make a wand of cloning?If yes what are the requirements?If no what does enchanting a wand do?

I don't think you can craft a wand. You are just a banana gatherer, after all.

But try looking in the black market, it usually has a wand of cloning or at least mirroring.

I was really looking forward to crafting stuff. What are the other things we can craft?

When you open the crafting menu, it should give you all the options. You can craft some potions, all mundane equipment (which is very nice if you can get you hands on magical materials - break down a moonsilver chest and forge a moonsilver armour or swords), walls, furniture, ... Fair warning, though, crafting is still kinda work in progress.
