Cycling titles?

Ok,so this isn't really a suggestion,it's a question.The titles of all the users are kinda interesting;If you haven't noticed yet,they change every so often.My questions are:How often do they change?What are all the possible titles?Are they random or on a set cycle?

A lot of questions for such a superficial feature,but these questions have sorta been stuck in my head.

10 - large spider
25 - zombie
50 - mutant ass
75 - gibberling
100 - kobold lord
150 - blink dog
200 - wolf
250 - skeleton warrior
300 - goblin prince
400 - orc general
500 - elder dark mage
600 - angel
750 - archangel
