Batman?

What body part do cloaks protect? Torso only? Do they stack with my armor?

Basically I am asking for info on cloaks.

I wanna know by how much. There's still plenty of grey areas in the source. I vow myself a new years resolution next year to figure out how the danger system works. Got to remember to start that topic at the end of the month

Batman?

I have been playing with a non-ego dragon hide cloak (AV 10 very nice) and havent had a ton of downside to not having the added fire protection.
