Is there a away to change the wallpaper of any IVAN type?

In case you mean the borders of the game screen, it may be possible somehow. Probably tinkering with the source.
Don't ask me how to do it though.

My guess is that you just need to find and change the appropriate image file.

After a quick check, I couldn't find the image in question from the graphics.

I found it, i went into graphic and edited the file called "menu". Didn't understand why i didn't see that earlier.
