Just now, I lost a character on UT3. That wasn't out of the ordinary. What was, was that though it wasn't a bones level, somehow half the level was littered with corpses and Jenny was moved out of her usual room to a corner of the level. Anyone else have a similar experience?

You sure that you didn't have a weird bone file? Otherwise maybe the level generation got messed up while loading.

No message, no pile of loot, no corpse, no ghost? You betcha it was no bones. I also doubt it's messed up level generation, it's the 0.50 IVAN I've been playing for years.

Well Vlad wasn't in his usual GC level when I got there. Plus the dungeon was all screwed up with corpses of "0@#641" (random computer jargon), all of which were carrying 12 cans of banan flesh.

Naw more likely the Bones file was corrupted while failing to load a save.
