Attnam.com 2.0 Beta CVS

I'll list all the changes and fixes as I make them. Since I plan on doing a lot of work over the next few weeks, I suppose I will call this a new "version" of the site.

Templated
- main forum
- individual forums - nearly complete. Need to add: jumpbox.
- viewing profiles

Improvements
- "Announcement" feature added - Erno I will add support for you soon.
- avatar control panel
- IM online/offline status icons
- icons for member titles

Fixes
- unread posts from sub-forums link correctly
- forum privacy - now everybody can see that the IVAN Dev forum exists, although they still can't read topics unless they are in the group.

Great! I've been wanting an avatar control panel for quite some time now.

Added a couple of cool features:
- online/offline status for instant messengers
- shows which groups you are in in your profile.
- icons for member titles! Something Somagu suggested. I've added all of the IVAN icons for the regular ranks (mushroom, spider, etc.) as well as just a few special ones for me, Izzy, and Dumb Shit The people with custom titles will have the same image that they would have based on the number of posts they have. Later I'll let you upload your own.
