Amulet of Dimensional Protection?

Hey there. Surprise surprise, I'm still trudging around; and when I came back to see IVAN has updated... I've been too pleased to play it again for old memories. After getting through a really unpleasant experience in the Tomb of Xinroch; I found this amulet and a Amulet of Life Protection inside of a steel wall and a steel box. What does this do, exactly?

Hi! It prevents you from being teleported by anything.

Learned that the hard way when Rondoll decided to stab me in the groin with a spear. Guh.

Also prevents your limbs and equipment from being teleported away.

There should be an amulet of inventory insurance protection that turns into money when another character steals your equipment.
