This emerald ring is used to channel the power of Cleptia to keep Mondedr hidden from its enemies, most notably Petrus. Vulcan-Loki swiped it the ring and hides with it in his underground lair, awaiting the coming ofOree who has promised him dark blessings for the item. Raven will reward you generously for bringing it back.
